XR GroupFit Classes has a little update. Now it is possible to start your own GroupFit Classes. ou will find the available Personal GroupFit rooms at the bottom of each XR FitClass page.
How it works:
Share the room link to your friends. There is a Share button on the top, when you join the room. It’s the same like the Public GroupFit Classes, but it has a Start button. To start the lesson, click the Start button at the right side, if everybody is ready. If once started, the room will be closed to the public for an hour. 2 rooms are currently available.
