Tower Workout
VRMA
Full body workout. The basic elements are cross, hook, uppercut punches and kicks, squats, steps, running, dodge and other movements. Reach your max fitness potential. You workout on top of a tower, which gets higher with your good performance.
There is a combo training, random training and defense training. The training position can move to different positions in order to practice positioning, realignments and estimate the distances. The target objects can be beaten and the defense objects can be avoided or blocked with fists, elbows, feet or knees.
